The letters to the
editor are a good way to guage community support. I am
humbled. Thank you to all of you who have written letters, and
here is a listing of the next five letters published between May 29 and
June 10.
It's pretty amazing to
see how in just 150 words people are able to sum things up so
cogently.
___________
Fuller's experience
unsurpassed
May 31, 2016
by Margaret Craven
I write in support of Roger
Jason Fuller for District 58. (sic)
Fuller grew up in New
Hampshire, was educated in Maine, taught at Lewiston High School and Oak
Hill High School. He spent a total of 28 years as an English teacher,
department chair and speech and debate coach. He coordinated the gifted
and talented program, and worked on several state-wide education
committees.
He received the Milken Educator Award in 1993 and was
recruited to Milken Community High School in Los Angeles in 1999, spending
15 years there.
He has a long list of accomplishments, and his good
nature, humble demeanor, common sense and experience are
unsurpassed.
I hope others will join me in voting for Roger Fuller
on June 14. We deserve the best.

___________
Quality representation for
District 59
by Richard Grandmaison
June 1, 2016
I
met Roger Fuller earlier this year at a meeting where he announced that he
was running for House District 59. He impressed me with his ability for
listening to various views and making the individual comfortable speaking
to him.
He was an educator for 42 years and now felt that he needed
to give back to the community. He currently tutors at the library to help
immigrant children speak and understand English.
He believes in a
good education for all children for a brighter future, not only for them,
but also the adults looking to improve their employment opportunities. He
also supports equal opportunity for all and protecting the environment. He
supports establishing passenger rail service to Lewiston.
He is
committed and dedicated to providing quality representation for all the
citizens in District 59 and Lewiston.
I encourage others to join me
in support of Roger Fuller on June 14.
Richard Grandmaison,
Lewiston
___________
An excellent representative
by
Charles Manchester
Juine 3, 2016
I have known Roger Fuller for
30 years. He was one of my children's teachers at Oak Hill High School,
where he was a true professional leader.
I was a member of the
union school committee when he was employed as an English teacher. Later,
as a member of the district administrative team, I had the opportunity to
observe his leadership skills.
He was very successful integrating
the community in activities after school, directing plays, coaching the
speech and debate team and introducing and integrating technology in the
school.
He was awarded the prestigious Milken Educator Award for
his work.
Fuller believes in excellence. He is a successful
business person, owning a web-based communication company and some rental
properties in Lewiston. He will work for equal employment opportunities
for all and create opportunities for excellent educators in the
state.
Roger Fuller will be an excellent representative for
District 59.

___________
Fuller believes in the four
Es
by Crystal Ward
June 4, 2016
I am writing in
support of Roger Fuller for Maine House of Representatives District 59
(Lewiston) in the June 14 Democratic primary.
I have known
Fuller for more than 25 years. He is caring, enthusiastic, hardworking and
knowledgeable. He and his wife, Gina, are both retired teachers, and his
two children are in education. He worked at Lewiston and Oak Hill high
schools for 28 years.
His platform includes his "4 Es" plan:
Employment, education, environment and equity for all. For example, he
believes that senior citizens should be able to live with
dignity.
He believes in Lewiston and serving his community. People
in District 59 will see him walking throughout the district, knocking on
every door.
As a constituent in District 59, I would be glad to
have Roger Fuller represent me in Augusta.

Lewiston
___________
Fuller has my vote
by Diane
Poirier
June 7, 2016
On June 14, residents of House District
59 have the opportunity to vote for Roger Fuller, to represent Lewiston in
Augusta.
Fuller is an educator with a career in teaching and
administration. He has been a Lewiston homeowner since the early 1970s,
and his love for Lewiston kept him coming back, even when his work took
him away.
He is a landlord and small business owner, owning two
businesses.
Residents would be lucky to have someone with his
knowledge of education and the balance of being a homeowner and taxpayer
to represent them in Augusta.
Roger Fuller has my
vote.
Diane Poirier, Lewiston
Again, thanks
to everyone who has made this
happen.
